RETURNS

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, however, we understand if a product doesn't work out and want to make sure the return is as painless as possible.

Online Purchase Return

If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card use for payment. Purchases of gift certificates and sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products or products not bought online at PureONEBeauty.com. To return items to PureONEBeauty.com, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Complete the "Return Form" enclosed in your original order and place it inside the return package. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible).
  2. Affix the Return Label provided to the outside of your return package. We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All returns should be mailed to:

  1. Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

We will charge a $15 fee for any partial PURE Package Custom product returns, along with the full retail price of the makeup bag if the bag is also not returned. This will be deducted from your refund.

We will charge a $15 fee for any undelivered or refused International shipments to cover delivery and processing fees. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

 

In Store Purchase Return

If you purchased a product at one of our boutiques, Lounges or counters, please return it to the location where it was purchased. Sorry, gorgeous, but we can only accept returns of products purchased at PureONEBeauty.com.

 

Retail Kiosk Returns

If you wish to return a product from one of our automated retail kiosks, please do so within 30 days of purchase for a refund. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.

To return items to Pure O.N.E. Beauty, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely and include a copy of the original receipt, as well as an email and phone number where you can be contacted.
  2. We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All returns should be mailed to the address printed at the bottom of your receipt. Please mark the package to the attention of "Glam up and away! Returns".
  3. Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
